You guys have been looking phenomenal so far this season!
Fremd will come in to the meet pumped up and expecting for some redemption. But, you probably know their own course more than they do. Follow the coaches' game plan, have confidence, and faith in your training, and everything will fall into place. Run like champions! Keep the streak alive and show Fremd that they are no match for the P-Ville Pack! Stars, LaRocca, and I will be rooting for you all from Bloomington!
Quick, I think you should run it just because little soto says you're too old. Also, I have complete faith that you complete another marathon. You've already done a couple and like Bethke said, it's only 26.2 more miles.
I'll see you all at Peoria Notre Dame, and hopefully the varsity guys the day before!

Hey fellas, how is everybody doing?
I wanted to let you all know that Alex and I will be thinking about you this Thursday. As much as I hate to admit it, I've been keeping embarrassingly close track of you. Every Sunday I come to palatinecc.net a couple times until Quick finally gets the weekly review up. From what I've heard in talking to a couple of you and seen from results, you guys are in phenomenal shape, and are ready to tear people up. I expect someone to call or text me on Thursday with results, haha.
I think a special shout-out is deserved for a Mr. Ryan Wojdyla. Dyla, holy crap. You're a monster.
Everybody go out there on Thursday, and run like you've been training for this entire summer. I can't wait to see some PND and Palatine results. First things first though, keep the streak alive!
And Quick, you have to do the marathon, because I will be there pacing my brother's last 13 miles. How can you pass up an opportunity to massacre your body for 26 miles, then chat with the Morlock brothers?

It's not often that a dual meet brings up so much excitement and passion, so be prepared to run with as much fervor as possible. This MSL streak is something special and I would love to see it continue for many more years.
There needn't be too much pressure on you guys. I've seen the results and you should definitely be confident in your abilities. All you need to do is run the only way I know Palatine can: like professionals, and like champions.
If someone can promise to text or phone in results to me that would be phenomenal. Can't wait!
Hugs and kisses.

Every Sunday I come to palatinecc.net a couple times until Quick finally gets the weekly review up. I've been checking everyday cause i didn't notice that whole sundays thing. wow, see that's what happens when your not observant. colin: please forward me the results when you get them quick: oh, and you should definitely run the marathon. remember when sheehan was going to go out easy last year? and you slapped some sense into him? yea, same thing here. except you should just run it. sheehan: i'm so proud! *tear*, oh, and shake that money maker :-)

It's about time we got some life back in this board. It should be an exciting week. We finally are going to run the whole team all at once so that is what I am most excited about.
As for the marathon, I'll run if I am healthy enough not to do real damage to myself. My ankle is finally feeling normal.

This is sweet. I'm pumped for both this races! We're gonna demolish all... 60ish teams we're racing this week.
To Quick: YESSSSS. I was wondering if you were trying your ankle out today at practice, and that you were hoping to run!
