This is a really interesting article: EXCERPT: Ever hear a little voice in your head? Be honest. It doesn't mean you're crazy. Well, it might mean you're crazy depending on what the little voice is telling you.I'm talking about that little voice that whispers what it thinks you should be doing. Sometimes the voice is called your conscience, when it thinks what you're doing isn't right. But there's another voice that many of us hear. I know I do, or at least I used to. I shortened the link so now it should work. The comma in the hyperlink killed the original link after the first comma in the original Runner's World link. Thanks for letting me know OB For the reference and when the link stops working, the original link was: www.runnersworld.com/article/0,7120,s6-243-332--8137-0,00.html when you actually type the whole thing into the address box.
