Schaumburg dual (and yes I know it's a tri)

Hey good luck to all of you guys tomorrow. Remember to run tough out there. Schaumburg's gonna throw everything they have at you and they always race us hard. Focus on what you have to do. All of you guys probably have race plans so make sure you guys execute them to perfection. Quick and the rest of the coaches all know what they're doing and if you trust them then the results will show in the paper on friday how well you executed the plan. Schaumburg would love to come onto your home course and not only beat you but also put an end to that varsity winning streak. You guys know that course better than anybody so run all those turns hard and stick it to Schaumburg. Make a statement out there tomorrow and let Schaumburg know that they can't beat you. Great job you guys! I just heard the news from James. From the times that John gave James you guys ran out of your minds! OB that was a ridiculous effort you gave! d**n, 26sec faster than what you ran at Palatine Invite! That's amazing. Way to go boys!
