4. Matt Sheehan 2:31:42 Hey guys, Sheehan got fourth in his marathon today. Props Sheehan, your training really paid off. Additionally (and to a lesser extreme, but hey you didn't get fourth in a marathon ) props to all the guys in the workouts today. that workout was intense and it looked like a lot of guys were really putting it all on the line. speaking from my group, I know the attitude was really good and the reps were good. have a happy Easter guys. or Passover. or whatever you may celebrate.

That was really Sheehan? I was looking through the results and saw his name and was like, "Naw, that can't be him." Haha not that I don't believe he's fit, but that it would be a huge PR so I wasn't sure. I was at the 10 mile mark and didn't even see him. Congrats Sheehan, 2:31:42 is really rolling.

I am so proud. Shee has really put his full effort and discipline behind his training and is a great competitive role model for all of you guys. 2:31 is nasty - the top end of what I imagined he could do.
Guys on the team - how was the workout? Everyone there? Give some more details - times in the 600, 800, 1600, good performances, etc. Let me know

Top end 600 was ~1:36 ish, Kierys was rolling but had to call it quits at 500 in, he was probably on pace for 1:34 ish. 1:35-1:40 top end. Everyone in that group was rolling pretty well, there wasn't anybody falling off. Right on for the 300 and 200s.
Alec and Chano both looked really good, and packs looked pretty tough. Pretty sure Juan made it through the entire workout, it was good to see him leading a workout again. As for times in those groups, I'm not sure Baran looked like he had a killer workout. Tomkiewicz continues to impress.

i wana say the 600's were 1:35-1:40 for the top group baran looked really good today compared to everyone one else in his group ( minus chano )
the leaders changed alot in the 800m group, no one person really dominating the reps, which i geuss is a good tihng
and i think were getting better at single leg squats
smith wasnt there, but i think he's on vacation or something
in the 1600 chano finished in 4:53, jeff 5:10, baran 5:16, blyth 5:20, Collin 5:26
in the two mile group jeff ran a great second half of the work out
gregorio and wiggen were sick
and i tihnk sund and olson are running it latter
bollman's 800m was 2:18, and i have no idea how the rest of his work out went

haha owned. though you got me with the rest of the times. yeah, I talked to/told Olson what the workout was. we went to smith's house, no answer. Tommy was rock solid, as usual. And you spell Colin with one l. yeah, Vlad's summary of our group was pretty accurate. a lot of guys in the 600 group were/are tight, but we got the reps done in the right times and did the lift.
